We use the information to compile Sales Particulars which are used to market your business on various specialist websites.  You will be asked to check the Sales Particulars to ensure they are accurate before they are published.  Sales Particulars are viewed by people interested in buying your business.  If a sale is agreed we provide your solicitor and the buyer’s solicitor with information required for the sale to proceed, for example, your contact details, the agreed sale price, and company assets to be sold. We may also use your personal information to communicate with you and for record keeping purposes.     Buyers enquiring about businesses advertised by County Business Sales When you contact us about buying a business we are advertising, we ask for your name, and contact details.  We may also ask you about your experience of running a business and how you plan to finance the purchase of a business. If you decide to view a business that is advertised for sale, we will provide the seller with information about you, including your name and telephone number, how you plan to finance the purchase and your experience of running a business. This enables the seller to make a decision on who to sell their business to.  If a sale is agreed we provide your solicitor and the seller’s solicitor with information required for the sale to proceed, for example, your contact details, the agreed sale price, company assets to be sold. If a sale is agreed we may also collect information about you from other sources, for example via bank references and supplier references.  We will discuss this with you before any references are requested. We may use your personal information to communicate with you and for record keeping purposes.  If you provide your consent, we may contact you from time to time with information about other businesses for sale. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
